We have decided to increase woodpower!

Now alongside beech we introduce highly prized robinia:  it is unusually resistant to atmospheric influences and above all ages really really well!  When exposed to sunlight, it actually takes on a “colour seasoning” which gradually increases its appeal, providing it is left in its natural state, without waxing or varnishing.

All woods used by Fiam come from certified European sources, a choice in conformity with the company's focus on sustainability:  it would indeed be wholly contradictory to be involved with the very best outdoor living and then not to ensure that our production respects nature and the ecosystem as much as is at all possible.
